Working with a client, I was reminded of the following article that appeared in the AARP magazine a few years ago. These 5 Self-Branding Essentials were written by Andrew Reiner...(although I did not say "plaster yourself all over social media") -- nonetheless, the strategies identified by William Arruda, Catherine Kaputa, Deborah Russell and myself are still valid...so I dusted the article off and decided to share for anyone in need of a few ideas on personal branding. I like the article because it identifies some of the anxieties that the 50+ crowd still faces when job hunting. Do you see yourself in the article? Are you stuck in old ways of thinking? Are you prepared to take a step in a different direction?
